FAQs

Who can start a campaign? +

Principals, teachers, PTA members, alumni committees, and approved school representatives can submit a campaign request.

Can alumni buy from anywhere? +

Yes. Anyone in the school community can buy a spirit shirt. Alumni, parents, staff, learners, and supporters. Orders are placed online, and delivery options are available when needed and set up for that campaign.

What if we do not have a design yet? +

That is fine. Design support is included during setup and approval.

Can we run more than one campaign per year? +

Yes. Schools can run multiple campaigns.

How do sizes work? +

Size ranges are confirmed before launch and published clearly on the campaign order page.

When do we receive funds? +

Schools usually receive funds after campaign close and reconciliation, or on the cycle agreed during setup. Funds are settled directly to the school, not individuals.
